As a Fractional Sales Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's growth by developing and acquiring strategic accounts. You will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their business needs, and providing tailored solutions that align with their objectives. This position requires a blend of strategic thinking, sales expertise, and exceptional communication skills.

Join our platform as a fractional SDR and earn commissions of anywhere from $350-700 per qualified meeting. Our clients include some of the fastest growing start-ups and scale-ups in tech.

What you'll need to succeed:

5+ years experience in sales development, cold calling, and prospecting
Familiarity with B2B SaaS and technology sales
Prior experience selling into various industries such as technology, law/legal, healthcare, retail, manufacturing, government, and education
Passion for sales as a craft, with a desire to always be learning and improving your craft

What you'll do:

Grow top of sales funnel through cold outbound campaigns
Call into mobile-enriched leads who fit the target persona
Pitch and qualify those leads
Generate sales-ready meetings and opportunities for Account Executives using qualification criteria
Utilize your active listening skills to understand and uncover customer needs and business problems to effectively communicate how the Client can solve them
Develop strong sales and product knowledge
