Our client is a leading firm specializing in business brokerage, mergers & acquisitions, and financial services. With over 40 years of experience, they have successfully facilitated more than 2,200 business transactions, making them a trusted name in their industry. Their services include business valuations, marketing, and expert guidance through the buying or selling process, catering to both Main Street and Lower Middle Market businesses. They also have a vast network of over 10,000 businesses, providing unparalleled access to opportunities both nationally and internationally.

Coming off a strong year, they are looking to expand their top-of-funnel efforts to support their growing team. You will play a critical role in helping this established firm drive deeper market penetration and connect with key decision-makers in their target market. The opportunity is substantial, given their expertise and reputation in the industry.

This is a fractional SDR role, which pays commissions of $400 per qualified meeting.

What you’ll need to succeed:

  • 5+ years of experience in sales development, cold calling, and prospecting
  • Familiarity with B2B sales, particularly in financial services or business brokerage
  • Prior experience engaging with business owners, CEOs, and financial decision-makers
  • Passion for sales as a craft, with a desire to always be learning and improving your craft
  • Bonus – if you have experience in mergers & acquisitions or business valuation services

What you’ll do:

  • Grow top of sales funnel through cold outbound campaigns
  • Call into mobile-enriched leads who fit the target persona
  • Pitch and qualify those leads
  • Generate sales-ready meetings and opportunities for Account Executives using qualification criteria
  • Utilize your active listening skills to understand and uncover customer needs and business problems to effectively communicate how the Client can solve them
  • Develop strong sales and product knowledge
