Our client is a rapidly growing company in the Human Resources industry, providing innovative human capital management solutions to small- and medium-sized businesses. They offer a range of services including strategic and tactical human resources, benefits administration, and payroll services, all aimed at maximizing the return on human capital.
Coming off a year of significant growth, they are looking to expand their top-of-funnel activities to support a growing sales team. You will play a critical role in driving deeper market penetration and helping the company achieve its ambitious goals. The opportunity is enormous given the vast market potential, and you will be representing a company that is a leader in its space.
This is a fractional SDR role, which pays commissions of $350 per qualified meeting.
What you’ll need to succeed:
- 2+ years of experience in sales development, cold calling, and prospecting
- Familiarity with B2B sales and technology solutions
- Prior experience selling into small- and medium-sized businesses
- Passion for sales as a craft, with a desire to always be learning and improving your skills
- Bonus – if you have experience in human resources or related fields
What you’ll do:
- Grow top of sales funnel through cold outbound campaigns
- Call into mobile-enriched leads who fit the target persona
- Pitch and qualify those leads
- Generate sales-ready meetings and opportunities for Account Executives using qualification criteria
- Utilize your active listening skills to understand and uncover customer needs and business problems to effectively communicate how the Client can solve them
- Develop strong sales and product knowledge
