United States (Remote) - $400 per qualified meeting
this post was created on behalf of one of Glencoco’s clients.
Our client is a fast-growing healthcare revenue technology company helping provider organizations recover out-of-network (OON) dollars they’ve already earned. They manage the end-to-end Independent Dispute Resolution (IDR) process under the No Surprises Act (NSA), pairing expert revenue cycle operators with AI-enabled workflows and a large, national benchmark dataset to deliver consistently strong, compliant outcomes. By handling filings, payer follow-up, and reconciliation, they accelerate cash flow without adding work to provider teams—and without patient balance bills.
They’re expanding top-of-funnel to support a growing pipeline of demos with finance and revenue cycle leaders across health systems, MSOs, ASCs, and independent specialty practices. You’ll be the spearhead for new opportunities in a massive, evolving market where providers are urgently seeking compliant, low-lift recovery solutions.
This is a fractional SDR role, which pays commissions of $400 per qualified meeting.
What you’ll do:
- Own outbound prospecting to target accounts and personas (phone, email, LinkedIn) and book qualified meetings for AEs
- Craft clear value-driven messaging around compliance, low operational lift, and measurable cash acceleration
- Educate prospects on the NSA/IDR opportunity and address objections around legal risk, integration effort, and team workload
- Manage a precise, data-driven outreach cadence and maintain accurate CRM hygiene
- Collaborate with AEs and marketing on ICP refinement, sequences, and talk tracks; share field insights to improve conversion
- Consistently meet or exceed weekly activity, connection, and meeting set targets
What you’ll need to succeed:
- 3–5+ years of B2B outbound SDR/BDR experience with a track record of cold-calling into senior stakeholders and booking net-new meetings
- Familiarity with healthcare revenue cycle or healthtech preferred (RCM, payer-provider reimbursement, OON/NSA/IDR concepts a plus)
- Clear, concise communicator who can distill complex regulatory/financial topics into compelling, outcome-oriented narratives
- Skilled at objection handling around compliance, integration complexity, resource constraints, and vendor risk
- Process-driven operator comfortable with CRMs, sequencing tools, and data-driven experimentation
- Entrepreneurial, self-directed, and reliable in a fractional/remote environment
Bonus points for:
- Experience selling into provider finance and RCM personas (CFO, VP Finance, Revenue Cycle Director, Practice Administrator)
- Background working with or selling to hospitals, MSOs, ASCs, emergency medicine groups, urgent care, or air medical providers
- Knowledge of EHR/billing system integrations and payer workflows
What we provide:
- Clear ICP, persona guidance, and objection-handling frameworks
- Product training and talk tracks oriented around compliance, low lift, and ROI
- Target account lists, sequences, and CRM access to hit the ground running
- Support from a responsive leadership team focused on fast feedback loops
Qualified meeting definition (paid):
- Prospect fits ICP and is a manager+ decision-maker or strong influencer within finance/RCM
- Expressed problem/priority alignment with OON recovery, NSA/IDR, or A/R acceleration
- Scheduled 30-minute discovery or demo with an AE, with prospect attendance confirmed
